Myra Hall began her real estate career with Re/Max Real Estate Groups in 2004,
teaming up as industry journeyman Bill Carter’s Buyers’ Agent in 2006. Combining skill sets, working styles, and spheres of influence, The Carter Team realized its potential to build a uniquely effective brand of business with a solid focus on service to their clients. In 2014, Myra became leader of The Carter Team which later became Team 1 Residential, and dedicated herself to using her experience and love of innovation and genuine customer service to carry her team and clientele to an even brighter future.

As Team Leader, Myra must wear many hats.

She prides herself on staying ahead of the curve on industry trends, use of new technology, and meeting the needs of a diverse customer base. With the decline of the real estate market in 2008, Myra used her background in Government Subsidized Multi-Family Housing to help guide buyers and their agents through the often confusing “scratch and dent” and foreclosure realm of the real estate world. As the market continues to bounce back, Myra is working harder than ever to connect individuals and families of every income level with the homes of their dreams.

Relocating to Indiana from the State of Washington in 1984,

Myra raised her family on a hundred acre farm in the southern part of the state. Tony, Chris, and Monica were homeschooled through their high school years and will never be replaced as her most important accomplishment in life. They have rewarded her with five grandchildren ages 10-14.

Myra has a particular love of historic homes and, together with her husband Earl, has purchased and renovated five of these beautiful structures in the Anderson area. Their current (and last) project is an 1899 farmhouse on eight acres where they live with an assortment of cows, dogs, cats and chickens.

One of the highest compliments Myra has received

in the multi-faceted and often complicated world of real estate was from a client who stated, “I never knew buying a house could be so easy”. That has been and continues to be her mission in serving all her clients…to make buying or selling a home easy. Myra wants to do the work so you don’t have to. Managing, motivating, and directing her team to reach its potential and goals are her greatest pleasures because doing so puts real people in real homes and changes real lives. She hopes she can do that for you one day, too.
